........I found myself thinking, this just isn't very good.
But oddly enough, I went back, watched it again, and now find myself wishing it hadn't been cancelled (if for no other reason, to be able to see Woody Allen in FRONT of the camera, now that he seems to have (pretty much) given up that part of his career)........

Just finished it and I really enjoyed it.
It was interesting to see him take the half hour format and do a serialized story.
I loved the climactic Chaos in his house.
Also he violated Chekovs gun rule which was refreshing.
I thought it was really funny and there was actually quite a bit of genuine tension floating around. Could've used a bit more of that tension, and I thought the chaos of the finale was undercut a bit by not digging deep enough with the parents' reactions (and the reactions of the reactions), but overall it was really enjoyable and I thought it was pretty first-rate as a whole; people were way too hard on this.
