Chances of renewal?
So this show is dead in the water or is there any hope?

I really really hope it is renewed! I really enjoy this show a whole lot and I don't want it to go off the air.

shareAt first, it seemed very campy (with the gothic choir and the scenes from the original movie) but I never guessed that Damien would be such an interesting and complex character. It needs a chance.

I really hope it's renewed as I'm enjoying it very much and would like to see the story played out as long as possible.
It's unfortunate that A&E haven't bothered to promote it properly as there's possibly a large untapped audience out there unaware that it's even on.
I've seen quite a lot of tweets from both fans and various Latin America sites regarding its recent launch into Latin America. But the original @DamienAE hasn't mentioned a single thing about the visit. If it is renewed then new advertising people who know what they're doing need to be hired in place of the current people/person.
The official word on renewal so far is "moderate." Fifty/fifty chance basically.

shareThat doesn't mean anything, the decision to renew or cancel often doesn't happen until weeks or even months after a season ends.

If they release the first season on Netflix there's a chance to make the series more popular. Most people discover new series on this platform.

GM: That’s being discussed between A+E and Fox 21 Television studios. I know I’m excited about it, and we have a great creative team of directors, writers, and actors who are ready to get back to work.
