I haven't seen the movie, but the trailer confuses me. The man is pronounced dead for 90 minutes and experiences what he believes to be Heaven. Why do people pray for him to come back? Why not leave him there? Living is more difficult than dying. I think the producer tried to add more meat than necessary.

so they were just trying to pray to save his life. the whole heaven story came up after he woke up.
