If i've seen all other movies, do I have to watch this?

Or is it just a rehash that doesn't add much? Or is it on par with the Evangelion reboot movies?

Don't waste your time. This movie is very boring.
Better to watch the other ones again instead.

miknos doesn't know what he is talking about.

This is a good movie that caps off the great Arise series (which is the best GITS series yet). Before watching this movie you have to only watch the previous Arise episodes that come before this. This movie essentially ends the Arise series unless they plan on making more.
