Friendzone

I feel you, Kevin. It's always the most beautiful girls that you fall in love with that is just tearing your heart out. They know you like them, and you continue to be "friends" so maybe one day she will finally see the light, but the more she talks about her annoying, jackass boyfriend (whom we haven't seen in like four episodes, btw) the more angry you get. That love now turns into disgust, anger and eventually hate. Just get out while you can, Kevin. It's for the best.

Before you know it, you will be sitting with her and waiting for her boyfriend to pick her up, and you think you will be okay with seeing them together but as soon as he picks her up, it just crushes you and you're in a deep depression for weeks.

Moral of the story. Get out, Kevin!!!

That's pathetic. If these guys manned up and stop trying to be their "friends" it wouldn't get to that point. A girl tried to flirt with me and then pull that crap once. I kicked her ass out. She of course came back a few days later and i banged the *beep* out of her. You have to be a man not a doormat, nice guy losers.

Yes! These two posts by Khris189 and AtheisRevolution illustrate my point about this show. You will primarily have people falling into one of those two categories, people who connect with the pain of the friendzone, or people who reject the idea of being friendzoned.

The problem this show has is that for those connecting with the concept, they are continuously depressed and frustrated by scene after scene of Kevin, the nice guy, coming in last. And for those that reject the concept, they are continuously annoyed and frustrated with the lack of character development whereby Kevin can never fully man up and stand up for and value himself.
