Anyone find Tracer's over cheeriness annoying?

It just makes you want horrible things to happen to her so she'll act normal.

Maybe something did happen to her and that's why she's like that.
Either way I think she's great.

Looking at her Wiki page it seems like she was first test pilot for Slipstream.
It malfunctioned and she disappeared from the world and was presumed dead.
When she reappeared she couldn't retain her physical form and continued to appear and disappear randomly.
Think it was Winston who helped her to regain physicality and join Overwatch.

I guess she's just happy to be here (to exist) all the time.
