I loved the way they poked fun at the overhyping of "Hamilton". Those who only indulge History in hip-hop form make good targets.

Did you catch the "twist" during the end credits? The Hamilton actors must be good sports.

I heard that Lin-Manuel Miranda couldn't appear himself because he was giving a TED Talk about the use of feng shui in set design.

I'd love to see Hamilton but not over pay for it! I agree it's really overhyped and this episode which was pretty much publicity for the play, only hyped it up even more. Just like there was an episode of Law and Order SVU which featured a couple of the actors.

I love the "horror movie" overtones in the opening when all The Stepford groupies surround and close in on Jill murmuring,"You haven't seen Hamilton??!!??"



I looked at it less as poking fun of Hamilton and more of a nod to new actor playing him. I thought it was actually more of an homage

Me, too! I haven't seen it yet, either, and with $1000 tickets I won't be any time soon. I hope to see at least a good touring company version before it descends to the "Disney on Ice" phase.
