red rock started off great
the fued with the 2 families was good stuff, all excellnt actors, and some great looking women
after a couple of episodes it got real boring
the pace was just too slow
also the "womanising" younger cop was a real idiot and ruined every scene with his crap
if this was shown after 9pm it would have beeen alot better alot more violent and sexier, obviously the bbc cant do anything right

Can't blame the BBC. It's an Irish show made by TV3 in Ireland. It's not a BBC commissioned show.

It wasn't supposed to be violent and have a lot of sex. It was in made with the idea of creating a new soap opera like Corry Street or such.

BBC just acquired it.
