You do realise the FBI were instrumental in infiltrating the organisation and causing infighting, and that was likely the main reason for much of the violence which later ensued.
Most of what the real original organisation was aimed at, was stopping white cops from much of the needless hostile police actions against black citizens on the streets where they lived.
The rest was largely grand standing publicity.
Except in every one of those examples that is not the case.

History backs up that the Panthers were a de facto racist hate group who murdered many innocent people, preached genocide and oppression and idolized Mao tse Tung. Your Regressive Left revisionism doesn't change that.
