It's not that I like Robert either but I just cannot stand Frances. I feel like this writers have done nothing to make us feel bad for her or give her any redeemable qualities. She also has no personality.
And no, I'm not sure why I finished this whole season since I hate the lead character. I guess out of curiosity of how it was going to end. (Before someone asks - lol)
I kept watching because I find the show surprisingly funny. If you can get past how awful Frances is (and to a lesser extent, Robert), you might enjoy it more.
I don't know why SJP took this part, though, other than it being on an HBO show. It's like the worst aspects of Carrie Bradshaw without any of her charm.

i just got done binge watching this and i agree. I have no idea why I kept watching. I was thinking there would be a good ending, but it was blah. I think I should have divorced myself from the show earlier.
