Did Cam know she was being recorded? Spoilers

One thing that confused me... Did Cam know her fiance was watching her? She must have because why would she be "acting" with the detective? Who would they have been acting for when he questioned her?

Yes, she knew. She had been snooping on Will's computer when he caught her and she claimed she was sending emails to the party planner.
