Or first comment here anyway. Just saw this. It was fun, esp as I lived there briefly in 84.

It wasn't clear to me what went 'wrong' with the scene, especially since the clouds seemed to shortly part again for the narrator with the birth of berlin disco and the love parade. I guess it was the death of the live music scene? It wasn't really explained what Cave and Bargeld were 'sad' about, but i guess that was it.
