Does Netflix produce DVDs?

Okay, so I want to see Atlanta, but I don't have Netflix. And it seems these streaming services are proprietary. So -- does Netflix stream their shows outside of Netflix - or does it produce DVDsets?
I would buy Atlanta....thanks all.

I hate these (paid) proprietary services where you can only watch their shows on their channel. At least the networks have reruns on other network channels.

Atlanta is not a Netflix show. It's on FX. I don't think there's been an announcement about a DVD yet.

That's retarded, netflix is like $7 a month and brings out way more new stuff than hbo,starz and cinemax. Obviously has way more than just their original stuff as well. Better than just waiting for reruns to pop up.
