Nancy Dubuc... took over in 2007, and turned the former THE HISTORY CHANNEL into the steaming pile of garbage programming it is today, and still somehow manages to call the channel HISTORY.
She is also in charge of A&E, H2, LIFETIME and LIFETIME MOVIE NETWORK.. all of them are, or quickly turning to, garbage.
