I am done with McDonalds. I am in shock over what a piece of *beep* Kroc was as a Human. I mean he bent the McDonald Brothers over the Grill and did em' dirty. From cheating them out of Royalties to the Coup D' Grace, opening a McDonalds right next to theirs to run them out of business. Ugh, I thought this movie was gonna end on a nice note with him turning out to be a nice guy. Wrong. Just showed what a Turd he was. Will never eat at a McDonald's again. Question tho, since we all know that he DID promise a 1 percent NOW, can their relatives sue McDonald's for the royalties?

And let me get this straight, you've been eating there for years, spending your hard earned cash... on a product that you just knew tasted good, but never invested any time to learn about the backstory of the Company (which has been on the Internet for years), yet now you're going to get all high and mighty and spew your moronic bs morals on the Internet about how you're not going to eat there? Give me a break. Hope a McDonald's hamburger wrapper flies in the wind and hits your windshield causing you to veer off the side of a cliff.

Well here's your business opportunity Sir_Hugo_Rune... go create a new message board to discuss movies and make a killing off of it! Allow toxic people which just creates more controversy and thus traffic = money.

And thank God they are closing. I don't have to come to a movie board to discuss the movie logically and end up with stupid topics like these that make my eye twitch and force an inherent comment to try and somehow boost the IQ of someone by 0.5 points.

In fact I wish they'd close ALL social media. Facebook (which I have NEVER used), Twitter, all that crap. Would be a TON of less toxicity and stupidity on the Internet...

If they did that, where would you go to spread YOUR stupidity? I mean, the voices in your head obviously have taken over your whole personality. Your urge to be correct is evident in your constant editing of your posts. Narcissism with high grade obsession with perfection. Nice combo. You might be the perfect a$$hole LOL. But, seriously, without an outlet like here or facebook, you would feel lost, because I'll bet you have no friends in real life to spout your inane and sometimes vicious ramblings to.

Well true... I wouldn't be able to indulge in trolling and spewing mindless drivel for people to get triggered over (which you obviously were), but end of day it'd get a bunch of political agendas and harmful *beep* off the media (which goes way beyond The Founder IMDB message boards), which would IMO do a lot for society and particularly this Country.

It's actually been over 2 years since I have eaten any McDonald's. Just reconfirmed I never will again. Some of us worked hard, got an education and can now eat where we please. But you keep enjoying it. Along with your Food Stamps and what ever is on fare at the local 7-11. I love how you edited your post. Had to get it just right did you? Not right the first time? Or did the voices in your head tell you, you have to add more?

I honestly haven't had a fast food burger in over 6 years. As far as fast food is concerned, Chik fil a is all I eat and that's once in a blue moon since I can cook cheaper food than they sell.

Just watched this movie and liked it at first viewing. Michael Keaton did a GREAT job as well as the rest of the cast. On the other hand, if I were you I would not make a 'buying' decision based on a movie. Just heard an author of the Ray and Joan story say that the 'deal' you are referring to (don't want to spoil the plot) is not as depicted in the film.
A movie is not history.
