This series has been so ridiculous it's unreal. Watchable rubbish I thought. But the worst actor gong goes to Mountford. It's like he's actually waiting for the camera and is totally aware of it. Just awful.

shareI had never heard of Jason Mountford before so had no pre conceived notions about him, but I thought his acting was fine. I have only watched the first episode and I agree with many other posters that the story line about his wife dying was a bit cringe worthy, but I suppose it did fit in with the rest of the script, ie, his depression and desperation etc. I think the person I was a bit disappointed with is Michelle Keegan, really liked her in Coronation Street. Hopefully as I watch more episodes I will change my mind.
