I should have done the same. Movie is so bad and no explanation + story going so terrible. no any surprise when akash meets shruti in camp, No any explanation by shruti to akash why she leaving him, if she wanted to leave why she started hangout, same old story, giving own heart to loved one. and many terrible things.
better skip this movie.

Answer: Yes because she did not want him to know that she is the same shruti he used to know and the reason behind that is she was sick and dying. She also said him that "You must have been confusing me with my cousin" which proves that she deliberately was not willing to let him know about her real identity.
Q. No any explanation by shruti to akash why she leaving him
Answer: Ending explained it all she was sick and dying that's why she left him, she did not want him to stay with her and waste his life.
Q. if she wanted to leave why she started hangout
Yes She wanted to leave because she was sick and dying. Her mind was telling her to leave him and go from there but her heart was telling her to hangout and love him because she always loved only him since childhood. She further said "It's not important that how much time we spend together but the important is how many moments we live together in time that we have spent" which proves the fact that she hangout to atleast enjoy some last moments before dying.
