What the last scene where she see the bike meant? I didn't get it.

shareI just assumed it was to let us know that she got it back. I guess you're looking for a deeper meaning, in which case, I don't know.
sharemy guess is, that we can see that life goes on in one way or another... you know? anne don't have to bring herself down just because of her first love didn't ended that great, there will be other joys in life that can lift up ones spirit, like getting her beloved bike back ;)
