How did River know seek out Tom at his chambers and call his cell from Stevie's phone? Just because Chrissy said he was working late?
shareChrissie mentioned Lincoln Inn and that is where Ira traced the burner being purchased around there.
Doesn't mean he assumed Tom exactly, just a coincidence he heard Lincoln Inn again and went to investigate.
Obviously calling the cell confirmed it...
