Old-timey ghost with beard stops the show in its tracks.

Gets worse each episode too. Just when things get going, the old-timey guy inevitably shows up and starts spouting limerick and other nonsense. Why did anyone think this was a good idea? I'd take 45-minute episodes with old-timey short guy completely cut out.

Yes, it's just like when Banquo keeps showing up in MacBeth. Hated how all those unnecessary bits keep you from the main plot. Someone should have cautioned that writer about that kind of stuff.

It's how we learn about the character and see into his world. Didn't bother me.
