So many good qualities

This movie really was a unique take on an old topic. I think there were moments of real terror, and certainly there was enough mystery to keep you guessing and enthralled. For me it loses points with the gory mutated creatures. I loved the effect of the hooded figures whose complete silence is only broken by eerie horns blasting in the night. The other realm that was visited makes you wish they had eldeveloped that storyline more fully. Recommended.
