PAWS.....Best job ever that hopefully will not exsist soon.....

The Performing Animals Welfare Society has to be the best job ever....letting these poor animals live a free and social life. My love of animals would make me perfect for that job...but ... Hopefully in the near future....this will not be needed.

I CANNOT understand Johnny Walker saying that elephants are important to the circus world and needed for entertainment. He disses animal rights activists! Circuses can continue with "human death defying acts" because as a human you have the right to choose whether you want to do that. Animals have no choice and should be left out of circuses. The fact that "animal attacks" are rare is of no consequence, they should not be forced into that life. It is unsafe for humans, and unfair for the animals.

Geez I have a 16 pound Lhasa apso dog. He does many "tricks" but not every time I request it, and not always on cue, and not surrounded by hundreds of humans making noise!
An adult elephant weighs upwards of 14,000 pounds I think....that is crazy to think they will always perform on cue and not get distracted or upset!
