The Seduction of the Easy Way in life?

Besides being psychologically effed up in the head and having major jealously issues of those who 'have light inside them' and can have everything they want in life because of this 'light' (i think that is just a bunch of BS she made up to justify her screwed up actions).....but also by 'light', i think what she meant was she knew who she could take advantage of and manipulate. Maybe she is a control freak in a way? I feel this movie also showed the seduction of getting help to get to places in life that we can't do so on our own. I mean, having things done for us and getting the easy way out vs. having to suffer and make things hard on us. Life is tough and I feel we all need some help in some way, that no person is truly independent from EVERYTHING, and there is nothing wrong with asking for help, etc.

But I feel blackmailing someone to get help is wrong. I also think this movie shows how the sheltered private lives of stuck up people and places where reputation, what people think is always #1, etc. is really like, plus ultimately what some people go through to keep their name from being slandered and their dirty laundry aired? It's sad yet scary...
But that teacher has got some problems...maybe if she didn't have them she could have had a life and achieved some things. It is creepy how she almost wanted to 'be' Bridgette or more than that *vomit*...people who live their lives through others just aren't right upstairs, i think that is one of the ultimate way of using someone and she is definitely trying to fill a void!
