um..Bridgette asked jane if she wanted to go with her(just the 2 of them) to tour a college or something..and when they met up Bridgette finally had enough of playing along as if she truly wanted janes help..and her friendship. She basically told her she was a psycho and if she did not check her self into a mental hospital she was going to the FBI. She had a enough evidence to charge her with giving her prescription meds and video recording her having sex with her boyfriend(child porn)...Then jane went crazy and tried fighting bridgette but bridgette got the upper hand and choked her with her lacrosse stick until Jane agreed she would check herself into the mental hospital. She agreed but when Bridgette let go jane once again charged at bridgette, choking her(and nearly killing her) until bridgettes mom, Candy whacked jane in the back of the head. the cops came and took jane away...she ended up in a mental hospital.

Then when bridgettes mom, Bridgette, and the principal were standing and talking...Bridgette made a proposal..that her mom would step down as a board member of the school...and that Bridgette would retake her senior year..because she knew that the principal and her mom knew about Jane being a psycho because they had covered up what she did before to another student. The principal agreed. Then the last scene ended with jane in a mental hospital reading to a fellow mental patient..basically telling the patient she had a lot of potential and could go places in life(with her help)

I thought the movie was rather good until the ending--which was botched. Why did Bridgette go into the long deceptive talk about taking the teacher along with her on the trip and to NY, etc? What was the point? That whole scene could have been skipped, and Bridgette could have just confronted and denounced the teacher right then as she did later, in the same place (the school entrance hall). She apparently never intended to take the teacher on the trip so what was the point of the deception? Still scratching my head.

Trust me, you didn't miss anything. Just another typical Lifetime movie where everything gets conveniently and unrealistically resolved in the last 10 minutes.

very true stoshie...every ending is the same for nearly every lifetime movie.
