archive.org has deleted it "due to an issue with some of the items content".. in other words its been suppressed!

That's what they say when there is a copyright issue. The video includes broadcast material, which is frequently copyrighted. While I am sure the uses made are covered by "fair use," archive.org errs on the side of caution.
In other words, it's not being suppressed.
