"Deaf and mute" So patently ridiculous and outdated!

It never ceases to amaze me how many people out there still think those deaf people are still labelled as "deaf and mute" to this day. In the 21st century...

Deaf people aren't mute because they communicate with their hands and sometimes with their voices.

For *beep* sake, please STOP labelling the deaf people as "deaf and mute" or even more offensive term, "deaf and dumb".
