He ruined his career, reputation, marriage, and friendship for some new tail. For the life of me I will never understand men who do this. I feel like justice was served because of the the total douche the husband was.

shareI know the movie is fictional, but it does show you what can happen when you stray. Not saying all this will happen when you cheat, but it does catch up to you. Usually you get divorced and financially screwed, but sometimes you cheat with an insane woman. It's just best not to play that game.

Justice does not equate to a gullible man being mind fu** by a crazy psychotic manipulative and calculating teen. Justice would be him surviving and the 'she-nutter' being the one shot or behind bars at the end for murdering his wife. He cheated, but so did President Clinton, would that mean Hilary Clinton deserved to die because her husband cheated?
The fact you can't see how weak he was and how she planned the whole thing is worrying.
Watch the movie again and you will see SHE pounced on his naivety and in turn ruined his career, reputation, friendship and marriage. Was justice served for her killing his wife too? Did you not see her initiate sex then scream rape?
I would have clocked onto her intentions the moment she was alone with him saying ''I always get what I want''.
Sam was too weak to spot the red flags from her flirtatious behavior, didn't even ask her how she got his house number. The first thing I would have done is ask my wife if she gave the girl the house number.
His weakness lead to his downfall but to say justice was served is crazy.
What's scary about this film is there are a lot of innocent men behind bars or on death row/already executed because of demented deranged and damaged women just like the one in this movie.
