I'm 6'2" and athletic, but I think my nads would shrink when I got close to him.

Kick his ass? Nope. I could probably beat him if I fight dirty, but he looks heavy and strong.
I'd have to do an eye jab, groin punch, knee kicks, and as he yells in pain, a temple strike.

One needn't be physically imposing to be tough. He's written to be completely fearless with no compunction of taking on a group of guys at one time. He also seems to have a burning anger inside him when he gets pissed.
In any case, he seems well over 6' and about 250 plus pounds which is imposing enough I guess.
Hell no! I wouldn't mess with Rip and I consider myself in good shape.
