I've wondered about this for the past few weeks, but who are all the people in the audience? I mean obviously you have the competitors' parents, siblings, relatives, etc., but week after week as kids are eliminated, the audience has stayed the exact same size. Most notably in the finale because everyone pertinent that we know is in the front row, so who the hell are everyone else behind them? Unless the kids invite more people than we are made aware of and don't see because it would be unnecessary for the extra people to be back in the study area. However, there was that one episode where Chancellor brought like 20 family members with him, so..?

A lot of game shows use actors to fill up the audience.

I've often wondered the same thing about this show! The past couple of weeks I have been studying the faces of the audience members (past the first row) and I don't recognize anyone!

I just assumed they were extra family members, but there was one week there was a a guy behind the parents in front that looked a bit "rough" that they were obviously purposely trying their best not to show. I was cracking up because I kept trying to get a good view of him to figure out which of the kids he was "with" (if he was) but the cameramen were pretty good at avoiding getting him in their shots.
