Blade is too good a character to leave on thr shelf. I'd prefer a Marvel Knights project but I'd be just fine having him as a Defenders.

If not actually making him a part of it, at least a cameo or a hint of his existence so he can start getting in on Phase 2.

I'd love to see him maybe shoehorned as a teaser in the final episode. Maybe as a segue to the launch of a possible Marvel Knights series.

The first Blade was fun back in 1999 and I liked a couple of Blade 3's new side characters as well...and he was a good addition to the '90s Spider-Man cartoon, but...enough. Or at least put him in his own self-contained reboot film or series where I can feel free to ignore him if I'm not interested.
