So is there gonna be a season 3?
I can't find any info on if theres gonna be a season 3 or if it was cancelled, theres no news anywhere.
shareSorry to say but this show is pretty much a goner for these reasons:
1. The ratings on Cinemax aren't great (only 115k).
2. They waited 13 months to air it in the US after the UK broadcast had ended (despite Cinemax having very little content airing last year).
3. Reg E Cathey died earlier this year.
4. Wren Schmidt has moved on to Apples space race drama.
You are probably right. The US ratings are not good, and most bewildering, was the long wait from Cinemax. If you've got a show you think is good, get it back on the air soon to build audience. Obviously, they don't believe in the project.
Also, while I was very sad to hear about Reg E. Cathey's passing, I expect they could write him out in an interesting way. Not so much with Wrenn Schmidt if she is unavailable.
Sad to say the show has a poor shot of being picked up. All the actors are good, there's quite a bit of suspense, and there's the mystery of the possessors and their origin.
