Not a bad little ghost / horror film , I quite enjoyed it!
The Haunting of Briar House (2015).

Wish i had paid more attention so i guess the previous Anderson family had taken the deal and gone into the netherworld with the Creatures!

Interdimensional beings perhaps? Seeing as they seem to use humans' belief in ghosts and supernatural entities as a guise for their actions, I imagine they're not your standard demons and spirits.
