The Chloé that was murdered was a clone and the real one is in the underground hold. The tell-tale sign is the nose bleeds that she and clone Anna both have.

So all the clones have nosebleeds?
Ugh, I really should stop talking about this series because I utterly hate it, and thought the ending was a mjor F-you to the audience.
