Too Much like Joy Ride?

I'm not going to be like 100% of the rest of the people on this board and say it was the 'worst movie ever' because trust me, I've seen MUCH worse. The movie was alright. But I HATED the scenes where it just showed the road and the car chases. Got kind of boring. This movie felt a little too much like Joy Ride which isn't a bad thing, but just wish the 'killer truck driver' would of said something or did something. The only thing that kept me watching was the hot blonde, who wasn't a bad actor actually.

The whole movie was almost totally silent. It did have potential. But I guess the low budget kind of killed it. I think if they added another character to the plot, it would of been better or have the killer actually communicate with Emily. I would choose any Joy Ride movie over this one though.

Dag, you ought to try watching Duel; this is only a few scenes away from being an attempt at a scene-by-scene remake. Just with chicks. And that kinda cute guy from Canadialand.

It is one of the worst movies ever. The fact that it copied Duel, a movie from the 70's that did everything better than a movie in 2015 made this movie one of the worst. If they're gonna make a remake, they should of made done it properly and not steal and call it your own.

I've never seen the first 2 Joyride movies but I saw the third and Wrecker is no way near that movie. Sure it scares the *beep* out of you but you never see the driver. and what happened to the old couple driving that station wagon at the beginning and he's towing their car through most of the movie? And you can tell he was into devil worship with the upside down cross and the pentagram inside the cab. To me? I like both Wrecker and the third Joyride movie the same
