So the final shot of the movie it looks like Leslie, the brunette is heading to a tow place. Is it supposed to be her or am I getting that wrong? I watched this movie earlier and feel like I didn't understand the ending. Because I thought it's implied Leslie is in the trunk (Though they don't show anything)

The woman at the end is a different actress, and you're not meant to think it's Lesley. They do look similar.
In the end, you see the car the tow truck was driving, as well as the cop car and the pickup of the guy who tried to help Emily and Lesley on the bridge. Clearly, the pickup truck guy was murdered like the others, and the tow truck driver is still alive and still collecting victims.
Thanks you helped me on that as well. I was fairly convinced it was emily's girlfriend, which was giving me a bad case of plot headache...
