The Mangle's static?

In FNAF 2, the Mangle emits a burst of static that, if listened to closely, sounds like '10-1'. In police code, '10-1' means 'bad reception.' Could this mean that he is trying to contact the police, but since he was tampered with by Fritz Smith, he can't get a hold of him?

Thoughts?

That would actually make a lot of sense considering that in 2 the animatronics have a facial recognition software for identifying criminals and pedophiles, to protect the children who visit the restaurant. If he has been tampered with by Fritz then 1 explains why Fritz is fired and 2 why they try attacking so aggressively that night. They know who you are and are trying desperately to eliminate the killer since they cannot contact the police for safety.
