Incredible Hulk meets Doctor Who by way of League of Extraordinary gentlemen and all unable to escape the really portentous and too-knowing writing of Charlie Higson. A mess of a thing and a flop.

I find it to be so bad it's actually kind of good. I watch it for the hilarious over acting. Not sure if they're aware of just how bad it is but it's actually enjoyable because of it. It's not horrible enough either to counteract how funny it becomes from being bad.
