I love Mavis!

I've been a fan since the early 70's and have seen The Staples and Mavis alone, several times. The last time was when she opened for Robert Cray at the Hollywoood Bowl. Her voice just resonates through my body. It's a combination of her voice and her expressions.
Now I no longer believe in a god, but since letting him go, I've become 100 times more spiritual. And she has a stronger effect on me than she ever has. I hope to see her again sometime! Before I'm gone, or she's gone;)
