Not debriefing the resistance pilot prior the raid. Wtf?

So dumb these elite guys didn't debrief the resistance pilot before they raided the Red Hand, knowing full well there was a chance she could be killed.

I mean, risking the life of the one person that knows how to contact the resistance, how to signal, where to meet e.t.c. Ridiculous.

She told them about the renegade rap only with reluctance, when it was clear they considered the risk too great and were about to abandon the recovery effort. Things like communication protocols and the location of her base she kept to herself. Not the best tactical decision when she was about to go into combat. Broussard should've insisted that this information be shared beforehand as a condition of committing his people - that way if she died, it wouldn't die with her.

I'm increasingly convinced that whatever outline they have for the occupation/resistance isn't much more than that, a sketch, and they really don't care about plot holes or continuity issues related to it.

Ask yourself this -- whatever happened to the Bowman's dog??

Material dealing with stuff like that often ends up as a deleted scene on the bluray set (i.e. it gets cut from the aired episode). So far there have been no outright contradictions or glaring plot holes. With the rather large caveat that so many things have yet to be explained. How well put together this series is will only be clear in retrospect, once we have those answers. Fingers crossed they don't disappoint us the way they did with Lost.
