shareThey changed his and Nicky's birth years for this movie. In Ultimatum he was said to be born in 1970 and she was born in 1979. Those years fit much better with the timeline of the original trilogy. I'm guessing they didn't want their action star to be 45 in this movie (even though that's how old the actor portraying him really is), so adjusted the ages. Unfortunately, as you said, that makes the timing for Identity pretty implausible.
