The nurse in the bookend scene calls Olivia "Mrs. Anderson." What are we supposed to make of that? Did Olivia marry and have a family? Did she marry Neo in The Matrix?

That puzzled me as well.
I thought I might have missed something in the movie.
The Dean did seem to suggest that she got pregnant. So maybe it was Mr. Anderson who stepped up and did the right thing...or maybe he was just a patsy who was made to think that he was the father. Then of course, maybe she was never pregnant at school or never had a child in her life and just married someone named Anderson. The possibilities boggle the mind.
