It isn't the government building but a really interestingly designed office building for the state oil company StatOil.

I actually looked that up. It's actually so new it's not on Google Earth yet. I was wondering whether or not that would be a normal place for a Norwegian PM to conduct business. Like is there not a Norwegian equivalent to the white house or Capitol?

What about the exterior shots of the Thorium power plant? Is that a real structure or was it created digitally?

shareThe overview is CGI, but the close-up as journalist Thomas Eriksen arrives is that of the Norway Trade Fairs (Norges Varemesse) in Lillestrøm. Parts of the name are actually visible on the building (bummer not to edit that out...). I assume the interior footage is done there as well, it certainly looks like it.
