Will there be a Season 3?

They tied up a lot of open-ends in Season 2 (such at John's true identity, Patty's restitution for Bo's family, Dr. McKeller's real intentions) but left a few things glaringly open, like Dr. Heysen taking Phil off in the van to interrogate him at Noreguard and leaving William by the gravesite as the soil began to move in the wave pattern, plus Kirsten's promise from Chris to reopen her murder case.
Of course, if they just left it where Season 2 ended, I wouldn't be too disappointed. It was a damn good series!

Great show ... I like Season one a lot better. I thought I read somewhere that they are going to do another season. Things change, but I hope they do, and in a way I kind of hope they leave it as is, as every time a cool series explains itself too much the life and magic often gets drained from it.

I agree with your view. I would love to see another season but if they left it where things ended from Season 2, it necessarily wouldn't let me down.

Its already filmed and will be released on Netflix this year

Great, I heard that they had been renewed somewhere a while ago. I don't expect it to be as good as the first season, or as good as the second season, but it will have my interest ... this was a great creative show ... and so sorry to see a lot of good characters go.
