That is such a loaded question - I've met people that are nice IRL, to me and others, and to others they are completely rude, but act the exact same way.

You basically gotta meet the person and see if they fit into your standard.

They are human beings just like you and I. MOST people are nice. Nobody is nice 100% of the time. As celebrities I am sure they are nice if you meet them. In their personal lives no one knows but them and those closest to them. PPL used to think Bill Cosby was nice......then look what we find out. So I wouldn't worry too much about how nice anyone else is but yourself. Like @Joshdtown say's "Be NIce To People"
