Hard to see how Gordo really wins....
Simon loses his job, yes. But that doesn't appear to have anything to do with Gordo. Furthermore, he still has his skills, & it's possible his employer won't risk a libel suit by disclosing what happened to a future employer.
Given that Simon appears essentially narcissistic, he ought to be able to accept that his marriage is over, & if the baby is Gordo's, then it's a real solid, because he'll be off the hook for child support. Meanwhile he has pretty strong evidence that Gordo drugged & raped his wife/ex-wife, trespassed—even with the monkey mask I think the police could put a pretty strong case together against Gordo, especially given his history.
About the only thing that might save Gordo, if the baby is his, would be for the wife to lie & claim they had consensual sex. Still would leave Simon off the hook.
Were Simon a better person he might be screwed, but he's not. So what the heck—he's young enough to restart his life & career.
