Simon works for a security company right? They are getting hassled by a stalker lurking around their property, yet they dont set up any cameras, infrared detectors, alarms etc? I just found this ridiculous, yes Gordo has a key, but with enough security its unlikely that he would be able to circumvent all of it.

shareSimon's military background included black-bag and psy-ops. His arrest was a low-level Breaking-and-Entering, no conviction. He had Robyn's keys while putting something away in the garage, and it would just take a moment to make copy imprints. He also 'helped' her with the computer, so do you think he might take a moment to install some spyware he can access? So he can find out what Simon has been up to, the e-mails from private detectives on Gordo and his competition for the job?
Gordo also made friends with the dog. The dog disappeared a few days; where do you think it went? Who do you think took it? Fed it? So it wouldn't bark if he entered the house? Walking up to the door with a bottle of wine (Simon has a drinking problem, Robyn doesn't drink at all) as 'a gift'? In case someone is home or questions why he is there?
Far beyond 'just a key'.
