Are you a man or a woman? I cannot imagine you are a woman and seriously arguing this. And I don't mean that in any bitchy way, I'm just saying that if semen is being put into a vagina via a penis or turkey baster or whatever with the intention of getting pregnant then there is almost no way he could "clean it up" entirely. It can (and does) come back out from way inside as much as an hour after walking around and stuff. Unless he's putting a turkey baster inside there and sucking it all out again then that is just not a reasonable explanation.
