I got a hard laugh attack when Hitler struggled with the little dog and finally shot him. So unexpected, so slapstick.

...it's no comedy?

i guess this and borat are action thrillers, then. derp.

It is not a comedy, like they say in the movie, it (he) started out with people laughing at him, but the movie gets darker and darker as it continues. They point this out several times throughout that he does exactly the same thing as he did before.

If you don't think Hitler walking down the street in a pair of tight green pants is funny, then I don't even know what to say to you.

I agree... it’s black comedy. Obviously it’s making a serious point but that doesn’t mean there aren’t also comedic elements.
