You are actually finding humor in Adolf F uckin g Hitler.
I couldn't get through five minutes.
So all the fighting for freedom was just a waste. A farce. A few generations later the same evil resurfaces.
But it will never matter to those who won't be affected. They just sit back and laugh at this type of s hit and maybe wince a little when innocent people are killed.
I was dumb enough to believe the world was steadily improving.
Enjoy it while you can.
But that is pretty much the message of the movie. It is not a comedy, it is social satire.

Europe is starting to develop the same circumstances as it did back in the 1920's and 30's, all it will take is a Hitler like personality to harness all that simmering tension and it may well be on yet again. Luckily Hitler like personalities are extremely rare, i certainly cant spot any in Europe's current batch of so called leaders.
