Regret Choosing The Chosen ....

An interesting myth/backstory except how does the chosen get chosen ? (I mean what was that neighbor chick's baby exposed to that he became the chosen ?) ....... That remains a bit unclear to me, especially with the appearance of the nun at the end. Did Cam break the curse by serving Lilith a sixth soul. If not, who did Angie pass it on to ??[/spoiler].

It all became a bit too much with the adopted cousin, the hoe bag girlfriend and then the mother's out of the blue confession (to make her a 'villain'). Because of all of those shenanigans, the ending that I predicted came to pass.

Lilith was hardly scary since she was a black dust cloud until the end when she was briefly appeared to take Cam.

Was happy to see Angie's mom beat her addiction. You can tell because at the end she LEARNED HOW TO USE A CURLING IRON ON HER GREASY STRAIGHT HAIR ! Ha.

Pretty silly overall. Lots of jump scares that make it perfect for a preteen, I guess.

5/10 for the myth/backstory that had some potential and the actor who played Cameron, who wasn't bad with his portrayal of conflicting emotions about what he was doing and why ....
